CSCI, Inc. Services provides business solutions & support services to our clients. CSCI’s scalable rates give the client options based on the technical level & hours required for your company’s unique network.

The Engineering staff includes; Certified Citrix, Check Point, Novell, Microsoft Systems Engineers, Cisco Network Professionals and Compaq ASE's Engineers. Our staff includes the industry's most experienced Consultants and Engineers with scheduled training to remain current on hardware and software solutions. CSCI Engineers average 15 years experience in the IT industry. CSCI maintains it’s technical knowledge, expertise and capabilities for our customers by providing a single source of contact for recommendations and solutions for your companies IT projects.

Engineering Service Level Descriptions

Network Engineer Services: Services requiring specialized knowledge & experience w/operating systems, groupware and LAN management applications.
Specialized Services (Security): Services pertaining to Cisco, Checkpoint, and Citrix configuration and troubleshooting.
Disaster Recovery / Emergency Services: Service includes disaster recovery or time special technical knowledge is required.

CSCI’s Terms and Conditions

•To qualify for 10, 25, 50, or 100-hour block discounts, hours must be prepaid prior to scheduled service.

•Services are C.O.D. Purchase orders are accepted from clients that have established credit with CSCI. VISA/ MC accepted.

•Standard Engineering Hours are Mon – Fri, 7:30AM. - 5:30PM. Overtime rates apply outside this time frame.

•Holiday rates apply for work performed on CSCI’s recognized holidays.

•All services, except emergency services, will be scheduled on a first available basis with the assigned Engineer. Customers w/prepaid Block with service contracts in place with specified time commitments will be given priority.

•CSCI is not responsible for any customer data or programs. Customer is required to sign a waiver of responsibility prior to CSCI providing service.
