  • Cancellation Policy: 15 days before due date. If past due date, we charge for a minimum 10 mailboxes every month until the end of the contract.
  • A renewal reminder will be sent out the month before the due date. Billing occurs at the first of the due date month and will reflect the count at that time. Your Postini account will be audited periodically to make sure there are no overages. If overages occur for more than 3 months in a row, you will be notified and invoiced for those overages.
  • Postini is invoiced on a per user/per year basis
  • No refunds for early cancellation
  • CSCI provides technical support during the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST
  • Emergency services will be handled on a case-by-case basis
  • CSCI procures the product for the customer directly or through a Value Added Reseller (VAR)
  • The end user and/or VAR will be responsible for populating the mailboxes in Postini
  • The end user and/or VAR will be responsible for setting the parameters on the Postini portal
